Before founding the present firm with my colleagues, I worked for 15 years alongside some of them and specialised in corporate law, immigration law, capital markets, regulation of financial and payment services, general IT law and data protection.
Encho Dinev
For the last 25 years I am advising the real estate services, employment and labour services, commercial and labour disputes, public procurement procedures, commercial contracts, litigation, work and residence immigration services, non-discrimination, transfer of employees. Before founding KDBM with my colleagues, I worked for 15 years alongside most of them and specialised in labour law, construction law, immigration law, posting of workers, business restructuring, hire and fire, furlough, insurance law, and the GDPR in working environment.
Ivana Bliznakova
I am working in the fields of regulatory finance, licensing procedures, private placements, public listings/de-listings, corporate finance, due diligence, energy and M&A transactions. Among my strongest sectors of expertise are compliance advice on regulatory issues (MiFID, PSD, AML inclusive), project finance, and commercial agreements.
Zhulieta Mandazhieva
I am passionate about technology law, data protection, and financial and payment services. I advise software developers and their clients (not at the same time) on IP, data protection, and commercial matters when negotiating a contract. My typical projects are in IT outsourcing, technology services, and the law of the platforms (including consumer, business, and competition law).
Stanimira Hristova
I have been practising law since 2008. My kickoff start was in energy sector where I gained solid knowledge of renewables (with focus on interconnecting procedures, offtake, energy supply and consumption agreements), being involved in every step of the investment process.
Alexander Radenovski
I admit that I am hungry for law. Currently I am involved in KDBM's corporate law and litigation practice helping senior lawyers to solve some of the conundrums that clients present.
Dariya Yordanova
My area of expertise covers company, commercial, labour, property and family law.
Over the years I have participated in several projects related to the acquisition and restructuring of companies, as well as to waste management and proper functioning of non-profit legal persons and have accumulated significant experience in legal research, drafting of legal documents and client representation.
Bojana Yankulova
Bojana is a second year law student at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and has excellent GPA. She quickly learns about the legal field and helps senior lawyers. She has an eye for detail, good discipline and dedication to her work.
Nikolay Yordanov
Nikolay is a graduate from Sofia University Law Faculty with one of the highest GPAs in his class. He specializes in Corporate, Commercial and Property law. A problem-solver, clients prefer working with Nikolay for his quick reaction and empathy. A truly professional, he leaves no room for doubt before a case is solved.
