Before founding the present firm with my colleagues, I worked for 15 years alongside some of them and specialised in corporate law, immigration law, capital markets, regulation of financial and payment services, general IT law and data protection. Over the last years I have increasingly focused on paytech, virtual currencies, crypto-assets and alternative financing, IT law.

Some of the biggest projects I have been involved in are project financing in the automotive industry for €135,000,000; FDI in nuclear energy plant for up to €1 bln.; FDI in solar power plants for €70 mln.; GDPR compliance of financial and pharmacy sector companies; M&As in IT.
Besides Bulgarian and English, I have working knowledge in Russian and basic knowledge in Turkish.
